You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website. We restrict Thestagingstrategy.com branded websites and contact lists to individuals who have certified that:                   

1.   They are an adult ;

2.   They are 18 years of age or older; and

3.   They want to be added to our contact lists to receive content, offers, and advertising from The staging strategy and its affiliates.

We independently verify that you are 18 years of age or older before granting access to our websites and adding you to our contact lists.
